Welcome to Euchre HQ. These terms are an agreement between you and Euchre HQ ("we", "us") covering your use of the website and game at euchrehq.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, continuing as a guest, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

Euchre HQ is a free online version of the card game Euchre, against computer opponents or with friends in shared online tables. The Service is provided free of charge and is offered "as is". We may add, change, or remove features, and we may pause or discontinue the Service, at any time.

Accounts and guests

• You can play as a guest without an account. Guest identities are temporary and are not saved.
• If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and use an email address you control.
• Accounts are for individual use. Don't share your login or impersonate others.
• You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction (at least 13).

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or otherwise interfere with fair play;
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players, including through display names or messages;
• Choose a display name or avatar that is offensive, infringing, or misleading;
• Disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may remove content (such as display names or avatars) and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the display name and avatar image you provide. You grant us permission to store and display them as needed to run the Service (for example, showing your name and avatar to other players at your table).

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euchre HQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
